Don Waugh - Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Waugh is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the company. Prior to the start up of PCAS in 2006, he had built three successful technology companies - Quasametrics, a developer of storage systems for the computer market place founded in 1994; Coolwater Ltd., an Internet access and marketing company, whose clients included Royal Bank of Canada and JVC Canada, Echoworx Corporation, a pioneer in secure email technology founded in 2000. In addition to his current responsibilities with PCAS, Mr. Waugh is Chairman of the Board of Applied Recognition Inc., a company that specializes in the application of face recognition technology. He began his career as a Certified Management Accountant and was involved in overseas development work for the International Development Research Centre before becoming Chief Financial Officer of the Institute for Space and Terrestrial Research. |

Peter Suma - Co-Founder, President & Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Suma is responsible for the development and execution of the firm’s business strategy including the company’s day to day operations. Prior to joining PCAS in 2006, he was Vice-President, Investments, at GrowthWorks Capital Ltd., a leading venture capital fund. As principal at Start Seed Capital he invested in early stage technology companies. Mr. Suma founded, built and sold SRG Software Inc., a software development firm and repeat winner of Profit Magazine’s ‘Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies’ award and Microsoft’s Partner of the Year award. Mr. Suma has an hon. B.Sc. degree from the University of Toronto, an MBA from the University of Chicago, L.L.M. in Securities Law from Osgoode Law School, and a PDAM from the Schulich School of Business. Mr. Suma is a certified corporate director with an ICD.D from the Rotman School of Management. |

David Gibbins - Executive Vice Chairman
Mr. Gibbins is the former Managing Director, Global Head Foreign Exchange and, Commodity Derivatives, for RBC Capital Markets' Global Treasury Services. Mr. Gibbins sat on the Operating Committee of the Global Treasury Services Division, as well as on the Executive Committee of the RBC Capital Markets, the Investment Banking arm of the RBC Financial Group. Mr. Gibbins spent 27 years with Royal Bank of Canada. |

Dana Tunks, CA - Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Tunks serves as the company's senior financial officer overseeing all financial reporting, treasury, corporate finance, taxation and risk management activities. Prior to joining PCAS, she was a senior partner with Ernst & Young LLP. She had a number of senior leadership roles within the audit and advisory practices including being the Canadian practice leader for Business Risk Services. Ms. Tunks is a Chartered Accountant and received her Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Steve Gesner - Chief Information Officer
Mr. Gesner leads the technology group, and is responsible for its overall direction. Mr. Gesner was previously employed as: Chief Technology Officer for TD Bank worldwide; Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Resolve Corporation; and a Member of the Board of Directors for the Ontario Smart Systems for Health Agency (SSHA, an agency of the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, the first organization to offer common IT products and services that allow health care providers across Ontario to quickly and securely share patient information. Mr. Gesner is a former executive with Ford Motor Company of Canada and TD Financial Group and former board member of the Canadian Payments Association. |

Steven Brent - Chief Development Officer
Mr. Brent leads software development, as well as technology identification and selection. He has extensive experience managing large software development teams and projects in the financial and engineering industries. He was most recently Vice President Applications at Perimeter Financial Corporation, where he had responsibility for the development and delivery of a suite of proprietary products for Automated Trading and Asset Administration. Mr. Brent also has past experience with Automated Banking Machines and Test Engineering hardware and software for electronic component manufacturing. He holds an Honours B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from Brock University. |

Eric Carroll - VP, Platform Services & Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Carroll is responsible for the development & operation of the PharmaTrust technology platform. He brings a proven track record of launching services built on large scale, highly available computing platforms, in both commercial and consumer markets. As a Canadian Internet service provider pioneer and industry consultant, he has launched over twenty platform-based services delivering new annual revenue of over $450 million and over four million new subscribers. Mr. Carroll brings a broad and very deep technological expertise in software, systems integration, and service provider grade infrastructure technologies, with a strong background in managing platforms in scale. |

Wes van Ooyen - VP, Engineering
Mr. van Ooyen leads a dynamic engineering team for the company and has an impressive background and qualifications, including a Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma. Mr. Van Ooyen has been integral to many of PharmaTrust’s most advanced designs and features. |

J. Brandon Parrott - VP, Technology QA & Product Management
Mr. Parrott leads the firm's QA processes, and oversees product strategy for the company. Most recently, he was Vice President of Business Development for DECOSTA Enterprises, a provider of interactive marketing, brand management and integrated technology solutions for top entertainment brands, government and corporations. Before this he was Director of Marketing & Business Development for Echoworx Corporation, a leading provider of consumer-facing security software. Active in the community, Mr. Parrott is a former member of the Caledon Community Services Board of Directors. |

Gabor Eiles – VP, Software Development & Chief Software Architect Mr. Eiles is the lead software developer for the company. He has a solid history in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, primarily in areas of Enterprise Application Architecture and Enterprise Integration. During his career, he has been involved with many different technologies, including Enterprise Java, Microsoft .NET, and Enterprise Application Development, and Web Services. Mr. Eiles holds degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from York University. He also has extensive experience with Non-linear data modeling, Artificial Intelligence, Artificial Neural Networks and Expert Systems. |

James Egan – EVP, Manufacturing, Field Services & Controls Mr. Egan leads the operations group and is also responsible for the manufacturing of the PharmaTrust MedCentres. As a founder of CIMTEK Automation Systems Inc., he was responsible for strategic partnerships and alliance development as well as the firm’s global marketing strategy. He began his career as a systems engineer with Hewlett Packard where he received the Best Systems Engineer Award. Mr. Egan has a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario. |

Peter Heuss, P.Eng. - VP, Manufaturing & Field Services
Mr. Heuss heads up the manufaturing team for the company. He also led the team that performed much of the early development work on the first PharmaTrust MedCentre. He has an extensive background in project management and pharmaceutical packaging and distribution engineering. Prior to joining PCAS, he was manager of Mechanical Integration, CIMTEK Automation Systems Inc. Mr. Heuss has a B.A.Sc. degree from University of Waterloo and is a member of both Professional Engineers of Ontario and the Ontario Association of Professional Engineers. |

Steve Doswell - SVP, Sales & Business Development
Mr. Doswell is responsible for expanding the PharmaTrust brand into international markets. Having co-founded two successful start-ups in the past, Mr. Doswell has a history of being able to land the marquee customers needed to precipitate rapid market expansion. His start-up ventures include DEXIT, a Financial Services start-up that raised over $40 million (including successful IPO) prior to being acquired in 2006 and iSTAR, Internet; which completed a $45 million IPO and was Canada’s largest ISP when acquired by PSINet in 1998. Mr. Doswell is also familiar with the workings of large international corporations, having been a VP and General Manager of Ericsson Canada as well as the COO of AOL Canada. |

Peter H. Ellis - Executive Managing Director PharmaTrust EMEA
Mr. Ellis is Executive Managing Director of PharmaTrust EMEA. As well, Mr. Ellis is a Director of People in Health Ltd., a company which provides strategic advice to governments and companies on a whole range of health care issues. Previously he was head of Arthur D Little’ health industry practice and prior to that, a senior Partner in Ernst & Young’s Global Consulting life sciences practice. Mr. Ellis has over 30 years of experience in senior management and consulting in the health industry in the UK, North America and Europe. Before his return to the UK in 2000 he was for many years the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sunnybrook Health Sciences Corporation in Toronto. His career commenced as an executive in the NHS. Mr. Ellis is involved as chairman, chief executive and a non-exec director in a variety of bio-science companies. |

Scott Dickson - Vice President, US Sales
Mr. Dickson is charged with leading the company’s North American sales team in its launch of PharmaTrust’s innovative technology. Prior to joining the firm, Scott served as VP, Sales and Marketing for Canica Design where he was responsible for the successful US market launch of a tissue closure device revolutionizing the management of complex surgical wounds. He developed a national training program designed to empower technical sales specialists with procedural expertise as well as additional critical training and support to surgeons and operating room personnel. Mr. Dickson brings with him extensive hospital environment experience, complex project management and a customer-focused sales approach to the PCA Services team. |

Matt Sneller - VP, US Pharmacy Affairs
Dr. Sneller has had a long and distinguished career in the pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical automation industries. He previously was Vice President Pharmacy Operations at InstyMeds Corporation; Senior Regional Medical Scientist at GlaxoSmithKline, Clinical Account Pharmacist at Anthem Prescription Management, Clinical Staff Pharmacist at PacifiCare of Asia Pacific HMO Clinic, Managed Care Clinical Pharmacist at PacifiCare, Clinical Staff Pharmacist at Presbyterian / St. Luke’s Medical, and Clinical Staff Pharmacist at University of Missouri Hospitals. Dr. Sneller received his Doctor of Pharmacy from Drake University. Dr. Sneller is a member of many prominent associations including; the American Society for Automation in Pharmacy, the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy, the Minnesota Society of Health System Pharmacists, the Minnesota Pharmacists Association, the National Council for Prescription Drug. |

Susan Fenton - VP, Government & Stakeholder Relations
Ms. Fenton is responsible for government and stakeholder relations both nationally and internationally. Having spent over two decades in the field of government relations, Ms. Fenton has broad experience. She was most recently with Eli Lilly Canada, where she was extensively involved in health and economic policy development as well as formulary reimbursement initiatives. Susan was highly involved in Rx&D, the brand pharmaceutical industry association, having served as a member of the Ontario Core Team for a number of years. After graduating from Queen's University with an Honours B.A. in Political Studies, Ms. Fenton was selected to participate in the Ontario Legislature Internship Programme where she spent a year working and studying at Queen's Park. |

Jim Gay - VP, Canadian Pharmacy Regulatory Affairs
Mr. Gay is responsible for quality of care, service development and regulatory compliance. Most recently, he was Co-Founder and Vice-President, Clinical Services, Vector Innovations, which was acquired by Pharmerica for the wireless software Mr. Gay developed. He was also Vice-President of Professional and Regulatory Affairs at Canada’s first on-line health store. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gay served as Manager, Pharmacy Practice Programs for the Ontario College of Pharmacy and also ran the long-term care division of PharmaPlus Drugmarts. Mr. Gay has a BSc in Chemistry and in Pharmacy from Dalhousie University. |

Steven Semelman – EVP, Direct Care Pharma Services
Dr. Semelman heads Direct Care Pharma Services. His former positions were Vice President, Pharmacy Business Initiatives for Katz Group Canada Ltd. (Rexall and Drug Trading Pharmacies) and Vice President, Health Management and Operations and President-ESRx Essential Research for ESI Canada. Dr. Semelman is also an advisor to pharmaceutical, insurance, the pharmacy companies and organizations. He has made representation and been a member of various provincial and federal working groups on healthcare. Dr. Semelman has received awards for and published numerous articles on clinical pharmacy and health care issues. Dr. Semelman is the recipient of two awards for executive leadership: Presidential Who’s Who in North America (2009) and Who’s Who in Canadian Healthcare (2003). He holds Bachelor’s degrees in Arts and Sciences and Pharmacy from the University of Rhode Island, a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Minnesota, and a certificate in Health Services Administration from the University of Ottawa. |

Kevin Caine - VP, Quality, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs
Mr. Caine is responsible for Quality Control, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs. He has extensive experience, leading this area for cosmetic manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies alike. Mr. Caine formerly lead Quality Assurance for Genpharm Inc., a leading Canadian generic drug manufacturer. Prior to that, he was Director of Quality Assurance for Estee Lauder Canada, and performed Quality and Compliance duties for SmithKlein Beecham Consumer Healthcare for nearly 20 years. Mr. Caine holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Concordia University. |

Thomas Jackson - Director of Sales, Canada
Mr. Jackson manages the Direct Care Sales Group responsible for organic and partnership growth in Canada. Mr. Jackson brings to the firm a wealth of experience in Sales and Business Development gained from his many years working with large global firms and technology start-ups. Mr. Jackson is a Certified Management Accountant and received his Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. |

Aaron Eckler - Director of Customer Service
Mr. Eckler comes to us from the renowned MedCan Clinic (Canada’s largest provider of private health care) in Toronto where he was the Product Manager for Membership and dermatology programs. Aaron also has worked as a freelance consultant in the health care industry, working with companies such as Roche and Labtician. Prior to that, Mr. Eckler was employed by Allergan as the Business Development Manager for Southwestern Ontario. He received his Hon. B.Sc. in Psychology and his M.B.A. from the University of Toronto. Aaron has worked both in Canada and in Asia. |
