Kym Anthony

Mr. Anthony is CEO of Mackie Research Financial Corp. and Chairman of the Board of DFGIA Corp, a New York based asset manager and Owner and Chairman of Top Meadow Investments. Mr. Anthony was a former Board Member, President & Chief Executive Officer of Dundee Securities Corporation, Deputy Chairman of Dundee Wealth Management and Executive Chairman of Dundee Wealth Bank. He is Chairman of the Board of DFGIA Corp, a New York based asset manager and Owner and Chairman of Top Meadow Investments. Mr. Anthony is a former President and Chief Executive Officer of National Bank Financial, the investment banking and capital markets unit of National Bank of Canada. He is a former Chair and Chief Executive Officer of TD Securities and a Vice-Chair of TD Bank. Mr. Anthony is Director of ComDev International, Prometic Life Sciences, the Canadian Opera Company and former Chairman of the Investment Dealers Association of Canada.

David Archibald

Mr. Archibald is President of DRGL Property Corporation, a private investment company established in 2000. Formerly a Nortel Networks senior executive, Mr. Archibald's service commenced in 1979. He is a Member of the Governing Council of Sunnybrook Hospital and a Member of the Board of Governors of the University of King’s College.

David Gibbins

Mr. Gibbins is the former Managing Director, Global Head Foreign Exchange and, Commodity Derivatives, for RBC Capital Markets' Global Treasury Services. Mr. Gibbins sat on the Operating Committee of the Global Treasury Services Division, as well as on the Executive Committee of the RBC Capital Markets, the Investment Banking arm of the RBC Financial Group. Mr. Gibbins spent 27 years with Royal Bank of Canada.

Dr. Wendy Graham, MD, CCFP, FCFP

Dr. Graham is Executive Medical Director of Diversinet. She is a practicing physician and the head of the Family Health Team in North Bay, ON. She was a former lead physician of Blue Sky Family Health Team and the Founder and Past President of the Association of Family Health Teams of Ontario. Dr. Graham served as the Chair of the Ontario Medical Association’s Primary Care Reform Physician Advisory Group.

Jean Joubert

Mr. Joubert is a former Vice President of International Business Development, Express Scripts, Inc., one of the largest pharmacy benefit managers in the United States. He is also the former President, ESI Canada, a provider of dental, healthcare, and pharmacy benefit management solutions to insurers, third party administrators, the public sector, and the pharmaceutical industry. ESI Canada is a division of Express Scripts, Inc.

Dr. Dante Morra

Dr. Morra is the Clinical Director of the General Internal Medicine Inpatient Unit at the Toronto General Hospital. He is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto and a member of the Collaborative for Health Sector Strategy affiliated with the Rotman School of Management. As the former Medical Director of Informatics at Mount Sinai Hospital, he was the physician leader in the successful implementation of clinical documentation, physician order entry and the development and deployment of numerous web-based clinical IT projects. As the current IT Director in the Department of Medicine, he has implemented a new educational and administrative portal and piloted a new web based application for storage and reporting of faculty academic information at St. Michaels Hospital. In additiion he was previously the lead physician in the ED-GIM project which has recently been awarded a 3M Quality award for innovation in healthcare.

Phil Richardson

Mr. Richardson is currently owner and president of Pro Oil Management, now the fastest growing company among its peers. Following graduation from Liverpool College, UK, he joined the sales team at Scania AB. Four years later, he joined Richardson Limited, a family business involved in architectural and automotive glass reprocessing. Within two years he was named CEO of Richardson where he grew the company from one to seven locations and increased their market share from 15% to 75%, becoming the largest in its field in Europe

Peter Suma

Mr. Suma is responsible for the development and execution of the firm’s business strategy including the company’s day to day operations. Prior to joining PCAS in 2006, he was Vice-President, Investments, at GrowthWorks Capital Ltd., a leading venture capital fund. As principal at Start Seed Capital he invested in early stage technology companies. Mr. Suma founded, built and sold SRG Software Inc., a software development firm and repeat winner of Profit Magazine’s ‘Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies’ award and Microsoft’s Partner of the Year award. Mr. Suma has an hon. B.Sc. degree from the University of Toronto, an MBA from the University of Chicago, L.L.M. in Securities Law from Osgoode Law School, and a PDAM from the Schulich School of Business. Mr. Suma is a certified corporate director with an ICD.D from the Rotman School of Management.

Don Waugh

Mr. Waugh is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the company. Prior to the start up of PCAS in 2006, he had built three successful technology companies - Quasametrics, a developer of storage systems for the computer market place founded in 1994; Coolwater Ltd., an Internet access and marketing company, whose clients included Royal Bank of Canada and JVC Canada, Echoworx Corporation, a pioneer in secure email technology founded in 2000. In addition to his current responsibilities with PCAS, Mr. Waugh is Chairman of the Board of Applied Recognition Inc., a company that specializes in the application of face recognition technology. He began his career as a Certified Management Accountant and was involved in overseas development work for the International Development Research Centre before becoming Chief Financial Officer of the Institute for Space and Terrestrial Research.
