Christina Bisanz

Ms. Bisanz is currently CEO of the Ontario Long Term Care Association. She is the former President and CEO of the Canadian Association of Chain Drug Stores and the Canadian Association for Pharmacy Distribution Management. Prior to her involvement in the pharmacy sector, she was Vice-President of the Food and Consumer Products Manufacturers of Canada. Ms. Bisanz is immediate past President of the Canadian Foundation for Pharmacy. She holds a BA with Honours from the University of Toronto.

Peter H. Ellis

Mr. Ellis is a Director of People in Health Ltd., a company which provides strategic advice to governments and companies on a whole range of healthcare issues. Previously he was head of the Arthur D Little health industry practice and prior to that, a Senior Partner in Ernst & Young’s Global Consulting Life Sciences Practice. Mr. Ellis has over 30 years of experience in senior management and consulting in the health industry in the UK, North America and Europe. Before his return to the UK in 2000 he was for many years the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sunnybrook Health Sciences Corporation in Toronto. His career commenced as an executive in the NHS. Mr. Ellis is involved as Chairman, Chief Executive and a non-exec Director in a variety of bio-science companies.

David Gibbins

Mr. Gibbins is the former Managing Director, Global Head Foreign Exchange and, Commodity Derivatives, for RBC Capital Markets' Global Treasury Services. Mr. Gibbins sat on the Operating Committee of the Global Treasury Services Division, as well as on the Executive Committee of the RBC Capital Markets, the Investment Banking arm of the RBC Financial Group. Mr. Gibbins spent 27 years with Royal Bank of Canada.

David Lloyd

As the CTO of IntelliResponse, Mr. Lloyd is accountable for guiding the overall development and delivery of the IntelliResponse solution as a fully hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) model. Prior to joining IntelliResponse, David was CTO/CIO with Dexit Inc, and, prior to joining Dexit, he worked with the Carlson Marketing Group (CMG). As Senior Director, Technology Services, he was responsible for overall strategy for the services and assets that enable their many client gift card, loyalty and channel solutions. The work moving CMG towards the implementation of a Service Oriented Architecture lead to their Bold 100 award from CIO magazine in the US in 2005. Mr. Lloyd joined CMG in 2001, after the acquisition of SalesDriver where he was VP Technology, leading this organizations development and support of their SaaS based solution that supports thousands of client programs in a single configurable white-label data/application model.

John Nemanic

Mr. Nemanic is a serial entrepreneur and Chairman of the Board of Hostopia.com, an award-winning wholesale provider of web, e-mail and e-commerce hosting solutions, which placed first as the fastest growing company in Canada (2000 - 2005) per Profit Magazine. Prior to Hostopia, Mr.Nemanic co-founded I.D. Internet Direct (now Look Communications), the largest publicly traded, independent internet service provider. Mr. Nemanic received a BA in Applied Psychology in 1984 from York University and a B. Administrative Studies in 1988. He graduated with Distinction from the Schulich School of Business.

Renah Persofsky

Ms. Persofsky is Executive Vice President, Ubequity Capital Partners, Inc. is a Director of Medworxx and Vice Chairman of JAZZ FM91. She is also the founder, and former President and Chief Executive Officer of Dexit Incorporated (now HDX Inc), a Toronto-based company that recently brought an innovative, electronic payment service to the Canadian marketplace. Renah served as an officer of the Bank of Montreal and was the founding President and Chief Executive Officer of its subsidiary, Cebra Inc. Ms. Perofsky was a member of the Minister's Advisory Committee on Electronic Commerce, led a Canada Electronic Commerce trade mission to Israel and represented the Canadian business community at the OECD Summit in Turku, Finland. She was a governor of the Information Technology Association of Canada, a member of the Federal Government Committee for Electronic Commerce and Revenue and sat on the Sectoral Advisory Group on International Trade (SAGIT), which provides advice to the Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Trade.

Lee Sienna

Mr. Sienna manages private equity investments in the consumer sector. He joined the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan as Vice-President in 2002, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in management and corporate development for companies in the beverage, food and entertainment industries, including John Labatt Ltd. Since joining Teachers’ Mr. Sienna has played a pivotal role in a number of acquisitions including Yellow Pages Group, Samsonite Corp., Alliance Laundry Systems, CFM Corp., National Bedding Co. (Serta), Easton-Bell Sports, LLC and GNC Corporation. He also led the refinancing of Parmalat Canada in 2004. Mr. Sienna, a Chartered Accountant, is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business and a certified director as a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors. He received an MBA from the University of Toronto.

Rochelle Stenzler

Ms. Stenzler has extensive experience as a senior operating executive in retailing and consumer packaged goods. Prior to establishing Rochelle Stenzler Consulting in 2004, she was President and Chief Executive Officer of Touchlogic Corporation. Previously, as President, International Operations for TLC Laser Eye Centers Inc., she served as co-COO of a $300 million laser vision correction business. In 1997, Ms. Stenzler was named President of Revlon Canada Inc. where she played a key role in the company’s restructuring. Between 1976 & 1988 Ms. Stenzler held increasingly more responsible & senior positions in the pharmacy sector rising to Senior Vice President Operations at Pharma Plus Drugmarts Ltd. In 1992 she was named President and General Manager of Pharma Plus, a position she held until 1997.Ms. Stenzleris a graduate of the University of Toronto with a BSc.Phm and the Rotman School of Management, Institute of Corporate Directors, with an ICD.D.
