Rick Santing
Vice-President Business Development, PharmaTrust Canada

Rick SantingMr. Santing is responsible for expanding the PharmaTrust brand across the Canadian market. A team-oriented sales executive, he has a broad base and distinctive experience selling complex services and solutions through integrated sales campaigns and executive-level relationships in the professional services and technology industries. Mr. Santing is experienced in market strategy, operations, recruitment and performance management of senior sales resources. His specialties include sales execution, go-to-market strategies, high performance teams, advanced negotiations, executive selling, workshop facilitation and consultative sales process. Mr. Santing brings more than 25 years of professional sales experience and a track record of achievement to the PharmaTrust team. He has worked with several international clients in the Fortune 500 and ROB 1000 and consistently overachieved on sales performance goals during his tenure with Ernst & Young Canada LLP, Oracle Corporation and Digital. A graduate of the University of Waterloo Class of 1985, Mr. Santing holds a bachelors of applied science in electrical engineering





Chris Aylward
Managing Director, PharmaTrust U.K.

chrisMr. Aylward’s key tasks are to build a profitable UK Pharmacy operation to support our organic clients and partners in the provision of remote pharmacy support; to develop logistics and distribution solutions to support MedCentres; launch UK mail order pharmacy and back up. Further, to develop business opportunities in the UK and provide support across other EMEA markets. Mr. Aylward has joined from Boots UK where he most recently held the position of Director of Healthcare Development responsible for developing non-pharmacy related NHS and private revenue streams and the delivery of contract pharmacy services to the NHS in hospital, in store and at home. Previously as Business Development Director for Alliance Pharmacy constructing and leading the negotiation of significant business acquisitions, managing the property and refurbishment teams and leading on NHS contract matters. Mr. Aylward is qualified as a pharmacist, registered with GPhC and RPS in the UK.





Steve Doswell
Global Vice-President, Business Developement

steve doswell lgMr. Doswell is responsible for expanding the PharmaTrust brand into international markets. Having co-founded two successful start-ups in the past, Mr. Doswell has a history of being able to land the marquee customers needed to precipitate rapid market expansion. His start-up ventures include DEXIT, a Financial Services start-up that raised over $40 million (including successful IPO) prior to being acquired in 2006 and iSTAR, Internet; which completed a $45 million IPO and was Canada’s largest ISP when acquired by PSINet in 1998. Mr. Doswell is also familiar with the workings of large international corporations, having been a VP and General Manager of Ericsson Canada as well as the COO of AOL Canada.

Peter Saunders
President, Touchpoint Pharmacy

peter-saundersMr. Saunders has enjoyed 23 years in the pharmaceutical and health-care industry. Beginning as a representative in 1988 with Nordic Laboratories, he has worked his way up through successive management positions. In 1995 he joined Clinidata a Tele-Informatics company as Director of Business Development. His work at the business development and government relations level culminated in the successful winning of the Ontario RFP for what is now Telehealth Ontario. As a founding member and Director of Sales for Oryx Pharmaceuticals, Mr. Saunders utilized his passion and drive to build a patient- and customer-focused organization which successfully in-licensed and commercialized more than 14 products into the Canadian marketplace, culminating in the sale of Oryx to Sepracor Pharmaceuticals for CAN$70 million in 2009. Mr. Saunders' entrepreneurial track record, coupled with his corporate leadership style of building a collaborative environment to excel in a high-performance manner, will create value for Touchpoint Pharmacy clients and shareholders alike.





Matt Sneller, Pharm.D. 
Vice-President of US Pharmacy Services

Dr. Sneller is responsible for the pharmacy services, regulatory affairs, and client implementations for Touchpoint Pharmacy in the US.  He has extensive experience in many areas of pharmacy and healthcare including pharmacy automation, pharmacy benefit management, pharmaceutical wholesaling and distribution, retail pharmacy, and hospital pharmacy.  Prior to joining Touchpoint Pharmacy he served as Vice President of Pharmacy Operations for InstyMeds Corporation where he oversaw all pharmacy, regulatory, drug distribution, and client implementation functions.  Dr. Sneller has also held leadership roles at GlaxoSmithKline, Anthem Prescription Management and PacifiCare.  Dr. Sneller received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Drake University.  He is active in many prominent organizations and associations including: the American Society for Automation in Pharmacy, the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy, the National Council for Prescription Drugs, and the National Association of Chain Drugstores.
